A diaphragm dosing pump is a type of positive displacement pump that precisely injects small, controlled amounts of chemical into a liquid flow. It uses a flexible diaphragm that moves back and forth to create suction and pressure, pulling liquid into and pushing it out of a chamber through two one-way valves. These pumps are leak-proof, reliable, and suitable for handling aggressive or toxic chemicals because they are glandless and the diaphragm separates the liquid from the drive mechanism.
